Our house floor plan...
The House benefits from tiled floors throughout making it cool when you need it.
Imagine you are there and step through this pen picture of the facilities...
As you enter the property there is a large hallway leading to the Master Bedroom with en suite. There is a storage cupboard off the Hallway with access to the Kitchen and to the Living/Dining Room.
The Living/Dining room is spacious with two double patio doors leading to a part covered patio overlooking the front garden and pool. This Living room is also equipped with satellite Sky TV, video and DVD player and a mini Hi Fi System.
Moving on to the Kitchen...we have installed the latest modern equipment with cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven.
The Master bedroom has a well appointed en-suite shower room with heated towel rail and built in wardrobes with large double bed.

Going upstairs...you'll find a further three double bedrooms one of which has a double bed and the other rooms each have two single beds. All bedrooms have convenient fitted wardrobes. A cot is available on request.
There is a separate WC and bathroom with bath and heated towel rail on this floor. Linen and towels are available for house use.
For autumn and Winter seasons the property has full electric heating in every room...to ensure your complete comfort.
There is a garage attached to the property which houses the washing machine.
The spacious gardens contain mature trees and are enclosed with a fence and lockable gate. The house is off the main road and is generally not overlooked and has only two neighbouring houses that do not directly look on to the property. We intend to make plantings including
scented shrubs in due course.
